17th November 2010 :]

Today is Mummy's Birthday! :D
Happy Birthday Mummy dear!
i certainly hope that you had a great day today. :]
With the yummy cake and awesome dinner! :D

So for dinner today,
Mummy booked a slot at Pontini, located at Waterfront Copthorne. :]

The ambiance and service is rather good.
Should give it a try if you're looking for something fancier. :]

For starters there was a bread basket, the tomato dipping sauce is so delicious! :D
& Daddy suggested that we order a pizza to share, so we did.

This is the Grand Copthorne,
basically mozerella, tomato, parma ham and arugula which was really bitter and not much to my liking. :|

The crust is really crisp though! :]
& its oven baked over a charcoal oven.
Ya could give the other pizza, The Porcellini a try! It's a chef recommendation and sounds drool worthy! :]

Mine & mum's main course was the Grilled Wagyu with grilled veggie, roast potatoes and madeira jus reduction.

Medium rare and perfect to the last tender bite. :D
Potatoes are nice and caramelized too. ;]
& the zucchini slices are surprisingly tasty. :O

Maymay ordered the Linguini with the smoked lobster and tomato sauce.
Didn't get to try it. But it looked good. :P

Daddy ordered the Braised wagyu beef cheek with baked potato and tartre.
Omg, its freaking good. Must. eat. nowww! :D
The beef is really soft and so well cooked the meat practically melts in your mouth.

& here's mumsy & daddy with their food.
Dad's face is hilarious. HAHAHA.

yeaaaa... :B

gonna hit the sack, its econs revision day again tomorrow. :|

If any of you guys are reading,
All the best to the CSE students tomorrow! :]]]
