time: First and foremost... HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS! :D Its the official start of the year 2011! & marking the last year of my teenage days. OMGGGGGG. ): Anyways! Here's my last day of the year 2010 in a nutshell! :] I spent it as per annually with my oh so awesome clique. ♥ Love them to bits. :DD  Deciding on a more upscale dinner as compared to the past, We decided on trying Angelo's for some good ole' Italian food. :D Jess did a great job selecting our wine. It was Chardonnay which turned out to be mildly sweet and a slight bitter after taste. :P Ordered their Rib-eye, it wasn't that great for its price. But alright, their choice of herbs kinda put me off though. If you ever decide to try this place, ordering their pasta would be a better choice. Opt for the duck and fungi one. Its kick ass! :D We returned to my house void deck & happily relived our waning childhood days. :D It was interesting to note that our minds are still happily childish. HAHAHA. Probably always will be. :P Check out our awesome rides. ;] Despite our resolution to stay away from the crowds this year, we still ended up at Promenade to watch our much anticipated fireworks. This would probably be Jazlyn's last fireworks countdown with us for awhile. ): Sighh.. gonna miss everyone. ! and so.. Elaine told us that we should take a photo to commemorate the last few minutes of the year 2010. & we got this yellow and blurred shot. YEH! The fireworks was beautifully captured by yours truly. Splendidly blurry and colourful. Abstract la okay? Its art. *wiggles eyebrows* Took the train back home and we started on our annual 13 fruits tradition. This involves the torturous act of... Buying 13 different round fruits... Cutting, skinning, paring, peeling, deseeding all 13 fruits... Blending the fruits and straining the pulp to ensure maximum juice obtained.. Mixing our blend of hard and soft fruits together.. & obtaining our masterpiece! :DD TAH DAHHH! ya la. looks kinda like puke in blood. or whatever gruesome thing your mind can conjure up. -___-" I swear, it tastes better than it looks. Kinda like sweet with a tinge of sour (must be the limes *sigh*). But this ensures our clique is nicely protected to have a wholesome and FRUITful year! :D We even da baoed one bottle for Jessica who wasn't able to join us. :D YEHHH! :D I hope 2011 will be as awesome as my 2010 has been. :] & i wish the same to everyone out there! :DD *END* |
