time: Day 2 of CNY started off with visiting. My bemused father took great entertainment in watching me and my sister take this photo. ;___;  Anyway, what's CNY without any food? ;] CHECK OUT THE YUMMEH FOOOOOOOD. 8D Oodles of Noodles. :D Fried sinful goodness. :D & not to mention the loads and loads of homebaked cookies and pineapple tarts... Slices of homemade moist delicious cakes... Crunchy fragrant homemade almond biscotti! All demolished even after two refills! :D Why do i keep emphasizing on the homemade/baked? Because its all made by my aunt who is an AMAZING cook. Seriously man. All the food and snacks were absolutely delicious! & furthermore to our delight! The day ended with a Teppanyaki style dinner at home with the family! :]] This cute lil' black cooker will help us make all the food yummeh! :D Check out the Mega prawns, huge ass scallops, fresh salmon, juicy portobello mushrooms and succulent marbled Wagyu beef that Daddy got for dinner! :D Cooking in progress! :D Paired with Japanese rice and miso soup! Truly awesome dinner man. :D Great way to end of the day too. & with full bellies we concluded our CNY festivities for 2011. :] I know there are still like 13 more days even after the 2nd day. But most of the fun occurs in the first two days anyway. HAHAHA. Toodeloos! ;] *END* |
