time: Today was a sort of Family day with Uncle, May May and Dad. :] Started off the day with a mini meal at Ippudo at Mandarin Gallery. :D Since we've kinda eaten a little at home. I decided to try something other than the Ramen that i tried the last time.  Loving the decor of the place. Hahaha. But the traditional ambiance was spoilt by the apparent new age music blaring from the speakers. I heard Green Day's Basket Case. -__-" Maymay ordered the Rare Cheese Cake. (no im serious its really called the "Rare Cheese Cake") Its really creamy and delicious! Hint of tanginess. Very unlike the usual slightly tough cheesecakes. This one is more of a tofu like consistency. :] Loving the sweet pistachio nuts on top. ♥ Me and Dad ordered the Pork Buns. Pork slices were the same as the ones used in the ramen. Bun was soft and fluffy, pork was tasty but not as melt in the mouth as i'd hoped. And really not worth the hefty price of $3 a bun. D: After the mini lunch, (Uncle ordered Ramen), we headed over to Cine and bought the tickets for.. *cue dramatic voice* Hahaha! Awesome show. Seriously. Slow moving at the start and kinda slow at the end. But the fighting was really quite exciting. :D Doesn't hurt that the actor's pleasing to the eyes and there's the super hot Dianna Agron for the guys to eye candy. ;] Overall pretty good show. :] And i freaking screamed like some wuss in the cinema when the enemy thingy popped up. Sigh.. im such a girl. ): *END* |
