time: Its really awesome to live in the East if you're some Foodie Maniac. (with the condition that you have comfortable shoes to walk everywhere) Take the previous Saturday when Yam brought me around his area. :D It was quite an adventure going around to find all the awesome food that i've been dying to try/eat again. :D First was Geylang Serai's much hyped about Cendol. UGHHH, it was SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. ): The coconut taste drowned out any trace of the much loved Gula Melaka that i was hoping to taste. And there was little ice so the thickness of the coconut milk was quite overwhelming and pretty unpleasant. Apparently the green wormy looking jelly bits were handmade which is why its good? I dont know. ): But i was severely disappointed hence no pictures. :| What was awesome though is depicted below! :D Scoop Of Art is DA BOMB! 8D  Yam was really skeptical about my choice of Sea Salt Caramel & Mars Bars Ice Cream. But I am resolute that it is awesome! :D & he certainly gave in and agreed that it is anyway. *proud face* Check out the creamy sweet delicious goodness. :D Heh heh, Yam as usual ordered something with chocolate. HAHAHA. Its like brownie with ice cream with brownie bits inside. -___-" But it was a good choice. Super delicious too! :D Oh! & we assembled the present that i bought for him! :D Can you guess? Its Black and White & small! :D Its a mini lego Piano! :DD Hahaha! So cute right? :D The chair's smaller than my zebra ring! :D I've never really had the privilege of playing with Lego blocks that much when young. & this mini lego session was really enjoyable and memorable indeed. :] When in the East... one should not leave before buying some... NAM SAN OTAHH! 8D I SWEAR. This is THE best otah in Singapore. You! *point!* must buy ah! HEH HEH. 8D I mean look at how awesomely juicy and chunky it is?! FREAKING DELICIOUS! 8D I recommend the Prawn meat one. Its the best! :D There's Sotong, Original, Non-spicy and even Fish Roe for the more adventurous ones. :D I've tried all except for the Roe one. Its $2. ;___; Maybe next time i will. :D But for now Prawn is my fave. 8D Went to Dunearn food centre and bought the most kickass Soya Bean drink everrrr! :D Armed with a handful of warm fresh Otahs & a mug of cool delicious Soya Bean. HEAVEN 8D No play play okay! Their store won loads of awards too man! Definitely gonna return there again with more otahs! :D Thanks for being such an awesome tourguide Yam! I apologise for my poor choice of walking aids. Lets go again next time kay! :] I'll wear slippers and piak piak everywhere with ya! :3 Oh, on a random side note, to support the Japan disaster, there's this campaign called: Gambatte Japan! (From Singapore) going on. Its quite cool with the things they do to garner more donations. Like this awesome Ironman dude on Orchard road. Or these Starwars Mascots. :B The white Stormtrooper dude turned to me and was all: "Hey, sorry I cannot smile ah." HAHAHHAA! So funny! I was quite freaked out actually cause i mean... Dude?! You're a Stormtrooper man! Hahahaha! Be cooler than that! Well, Gambatte Japan! I know it'll take time but slowly and surely things are kinda picking up. Though the heavy blow to the agriculture and infrastructures might take awhile to recover. I've put in my donations which all i can pretty much do. :| Please build back soon.
