title: Sleepovers! :D
time: Y'know I've always seen though teen chick flicks growing up. & i've always wondered how awesome sleepovers are. A bunch of good friends gathered together with some good old blankets, nail polish, music, dvds and gossip! :DD Not to mention good food. :D  Over the weekend, I went for my first ever sleepover at Manda's. She graciously harboured the mad antics of me and Lydia throughout the night! :D YAY HER! :D Here's to my two awesome sleepover buddehs! 8DD  Since i was desperately trying to keep my spendings on food on a lower budget. I suggested eating at Serangoon Food Centre for a quick cheap dinner! :D  Food galore! Oyster omelette, Hokkien Mee, Satay, Black Carrot cake and Gula Melaka Soya Bean! :D HAHAHA. okay la. The food was seriously nothing desirable. Chomp chomp should be yummier. :P But still! It was enough to satisfy grumbling stomachs and ensure our lasting through the night! :] We spent the night in Manda's Audio Room. I LOVE THAT ROOM! 8DD Plugged in mah Podpod & videos, music everything! On a huge ass screen with surround sound! ME LIKEY! 8D  Lydia impersonating the weird Korean MTV mascot thing. -__-  Due to foreseeable possibilities of embarrassment, i shan't disclose much about the night. :DD Heh. But I can say that we watched Snow White! 8D HAHAHAHA! It was played using those ancient big black round disks! Most people i know are all in unified agreement that Snow White is the ugliest Disney Princess. But she's rather pretty in her rags and cleaning clothes actually. I mean, it makes her look demure and cute. Especially in a particular scene when her hair was wet and straight! :O Unfortunately the ridiculous wind from nowhere made her hideous perm bounce back again. ):  Alas! Her trademark puffy ugleehhh dress appears!? & Good gracious. Its as though the Queen of Fashion Disasters herself has made an appearance.  The scene is redeemed with the cute bird perched on her finger i guess. *shrugs* & I almost forgot about the 7 Dwarfs! Its a sign.. Im growing old. This is absurd how could i forget them?! Especially Dopey? He's simply adorable! (albeit bald)  But all in all, it was pretty cool reliving the almost forgotten film. Its been retrieved from the dusty recesses of my memory and polished shiny - for now. :P *END* |
